## 如何使用本真题库训练

1. **生成真实发音**：使用电脑或手机的朗读功能（TTS 语音），选择标准英音或美音，以正常语速（约 150 词/分钟）单次播放句子。
2. **严格单次听音**：只播放一遍！听音过程中右手悬空，**严禁动笔**；听完后 3 秒内飞速在草稿纸上写下核心实词首字母。
3. **文本框默写重构**：根据首字母还原完整英文句子，重点核查主谓单复数 `-s` 与过去式 `-ed`。
4. **查漏补缺**：对照下方的中文释义与拼写提示，将所有拼错的单词登记在 {doc}`../60-toolkit/04-error-log-method` 错题本中，每个词罚写 5 遍。

短句是考场上白送分的题目，必须做到肌肉条件反射般零失误：
